The National Bank of Ukraine strengthened the hryvnia exchange rate against the dollar. This trend continues for the second day in a row. This was confirmed by data on the regulator’s website on Thursday, September 26.
So, the official exchange rate for Friday is set at UAH 41.2085. for 1 dollar (-0.0562 UAH). In turn, the euro fell further in price and tomorrow it is worth 45.9598 UAH (-0.2360 UAH).
On the interbank market, the American currency fell another 6 kopecks, to 41.18-41.20 UAH/dollar (buying and selling) compared to the previous day’s close.
In the cash market, the dollar exchange rate fell by 15 kopecks – 41.50 UAH.
In the past, the dollar has risen for eight consecutive days and is approaching a historic high. In turn, the single European currency set a new historic record last week.
