In the interbank market, the American currency strengthened by 17 kopecks – up to 41.45-41.50 UAH/dollar (buying and selling).
The National Bank of Ukraine reduced the exchange rate of the hryvnia against the dollar and the euro at the beginning of the new working week. This was confirmed by data on the regulator’s website on Monday, September 16.
So, the official dollar exchange rate for tomorrow is set at UAH 41.3591 (+0.0420 UAH). The American currency rose in price for the sixth day in a row.
In turn, the euro rose significantly in price and reached UAH 46.0079 (+0.2120 UAH).
In the interbank market, the dollar strengthened by 17 kopecks – at 41.45-41.50 UAH/dollar (buying and selling) compared to the previous day’s close.
In the cash market, the dollar exchange rate increased by 10 kopecks – 41.60 UAH.
Earlier it became known that in August international reserves of Ukraine increased by 13.7% (by $5.096 billion) to $42.331 billion. They bounced back after falling for four straight months.
