Individual entrepreneurs will again be required to pay a single social contribution in 2025. This is stated in the explanatory note to the draft state budget for 2025.
It was noted that in compliance with the provisions of the budget declaration for 2025-2027 regarding the additional filling of the revenue part of the budgets of social funds and pensions, the following is provided:

continuation of the payment of a single social contribution to individuals – entrepreneurs, in particular, those who have chosen a simplified taxation system, people engaged in independent professional activities and members of a farm.
The minimum unified social contribution rate is 22% of the minimum wage. Next year the minimum wage will not change and will be 8,000 Hryvnia. The monthly payment for individual entrepreneurs will be 1760 UAH per month. For the year you will need to pay 21,120 hryvnias.
As you know, individual entrepreneurs do not pay unified social tax from March 1, 2022 until the end of the war, as well as for the next 12 months. However, this does not deprive them of the right to voluntarily pay a unified social contribution to gain insurance experience.
We remind you that today the Verkhovna Rada approved the draft amendments to the Tax Code. It is expected that from October 1, individual entrepreneurs of the first, second and fourth groups will pay a military tax in the amount of 10% of the minimum wage. Individual entrepreneurs of the third group will pay 1% of the turnover.
