In the interbank market, the American currency exchange rate decreased by 2 kopecks, to 41.29-41.33 UAH/dollar (buying and selling).
The National Bank of Ukraine increased the exchange rate of the hryvnia against the dollar and the euro. This was confirmed by data on the regulator’s website on Tuesday, August 27.
Thus, the official dollar exchange rate for tomorrow is set at UAH 41.3008 (-0.0583 UAH). And the euro is worth 46.1041 hryvnia per 1 euro (-0.0775 UAH). Thus, the European currency moved away from its historical high.
Today in the interbank market the dollar decreased by 2 kopecks, at 41.29-41.33 UAH/dollar (buying and selling) compared to the previous day’s close.
In the cash market, the dollar remained stable at 41.50 hryvnia.
Let us remind you that in July the NBU sold a record amount of dollars since the beginning of the year. Net sales were $3.316 billion.
