CrowdStrike CEO George Kurtz confirmed that the issue causing worldwide technology outages was eventually “discovered, isolated and corrected.” He revealed this on platform X on Friday, July 19.

Kurtz emphasized that this was not a security incident or a cyber attack.
CrowdStrike is actively working with affected customers and encourages them to use official channels for communication.
“The company’s team is fully mobilized to maintain the safety and stability of customers,” assured Kurtz.
