In six months, inspectors identified more than 31 thousand violations of the Road Transport Law.
For the first half of 2024, the State Service of Ukraine for Transport Safety fined road carriers for violating the law in the field of road transport. Thanks to this, on July 12, the State Budget of Ukraine received UAH 283.42 million. The press service of Ukrtransbezopasnosti reported this on Friday, July 12.
Thus, within six months, inspectors identified more than 31 thousand violations of the Law on Road Transport.
In total, 22,622 resolutions were issued regarding cargo transportation violations, which brought the state budget UAH 174.05 million.
While 4,605 violations were detected in passenger transport, of which UAH 27.45 million were paid to the state budget.
It was noted that with the help of WIM systems, 4,163 decisions were issued, which ensured the receipt of UAH 81.92 million.
In addition, since the beginning of the year, inspectors accompanied 322 trucks to control points and issued 307 interception reports.

We remind you that for systematic violation of the rules for crossing the state border, 12 carriers were disconnected from the Shlyakh system.
It was previously reported that in January-June 2024, Ukrzaliznytsia transported more than 90 million tons of cargo, which is 28% more than in the same period in 2023, including a significant increase in export volumes.
