Retails goods for repair and construction Leroux Merlin (Leroy Merlin) will rebrand and continue operating in Russia under the name Lemana Pro. This was reported by the Russian branch of the company.
The rebranding will take place in phases. The first stores will be renovated at the end of 2024, and it will be fully completed in 2025. The company will also update its logo.
The new company name includes parts of the French words Leader (market leader), Maison (house, space) and Nature (nature – a reference to environmental and social responsibility). The Pro part means a focus on construction and home improvement professionals, a proactive approach and design solutions for clients.
“The brand change will not affect in any way the company’s current activities, relationships with partners, customer service, or employees’ work,” the company assured.
As is known, on March 21, 2022, an employee of Leroy Merlin was killed as a result of a Russian missile strike on a shopping center in Kyiv.
