“We are talking about a powerful enterprise for the production of packaging for the meat processing industry – PentoPak The market determined the value of this facility, and the winning bid of the re-auction was more than 103 million hryvnias,” he wrote.
He added that the buyer has 20 days to pay the price of the lot. At the same time, the investor has already paid the guarantee fee in the amount of 20.3 million Hryvnia. The funds will go to the Fund for Eliminating the Consequences of Russian Aggression.
It is known that PentoPak once belonged to the Russian-Greek oligarch Savvidi. At the same time, in May it was reported that the starting price of the plant was 203.7 million Hryvnia. So, the company was sold for 100 million Hryvnia cheaper.
Let’s recall that in February 2024, Ukraine confiscated the assets of Ivan Savvidi and his wife Kiriyaki. This businessman is closely connected with the Russian authorities and the ruling United Russia party.
