Housing prices in Ukraine have increased in price by more than 15% throughout the year

Prices for apartments in the primary market throughout the year increased by 17.6%, in the secondary market – by 15.3%. The increase in house prices is five times higher than the official annual inflation rate.

In Ukraine, in the first quarter of 2024, residential real estate prices increased by an average of 16.0% compared to the same period in 2023. Apartments in the primary market had the most price increases. This was reported by the State Statistics Service.

The increase in house prices is five times higher than the official annual inflation rate of 3.2%.

Prices for apartments in the primary market throughout the year increased by 17.6%, in the secondary market – by 15.3%.

It was noted that one-room apartments increased in price in the primary market by 17.8%, in the secondary market by 15.9%, two-room apartments in the primary market by 17.5%, in the secondary market by 15.2%, three-room apartments in the primary market 17 .9%, in the second – by 15.5%.

It was previously reported that the demand for land and real estate has increased in Ukraine. In 2024, Ukrainians are more likely to sell or transfer land to other owners.
