Sviridenko noted that the companies have applied for reservations to the relevant Ministry of Digital Transformation.
“The Ministry of Digital Transformation considers them critically important based on three of seven criteria: the absence of debt under the unified social tax, the level of salary and the fact that they are Diya residents. Siti,” explained the minister.
After that, the Ministry of Digital Development sent the lists of those liable for military service to the General Staff for verification. Based on the decision of the General Staff, the lists are processed by the Ministry of Economy. If there is no legal basis for the refusal, a decision is made to book the workers.

We remind you that on May 7, the Cabinet of Ministers extended the period of all existing mobilization reservations by one month.
On May 18, a new mobilization law will come into effect in Ukraine, providing for changes to the law on the reservation of military personnel. The government is working to develop relevant documents.
After the deferment expires, businesses will have to book workers according to the updated rules.
