“The company received a positive evaluation from the architecture and town planning council under the Department of Construction, Urban Planning and Architecture, Housing, Communal Services and Energy of the Poltava Regional Municipality regarding the Detailed Territorial Plan (DPT) for construction, operation. and maintaining the Poltava Wind Farm with an estimated design capacity of 650 MW,” the message said.
Also, the DPT was agreed upon at the public hearings of the Globinsky City Territorial Society, and approved at the session of the Globinsky City Council on April 25. Decisions were made to lease the first 120 plots of communal property to DTEK. with an approximate area of 205 hectares.
The company reports that, together with the Globino City Council, land lease agreements have been agreed and signed and lease rights have been registered in the State Register of Real Estate Rights.
A package of documents was also provided to NEC Ukrenergo to obtain technical conditions for connecting 650 MW of generating capacity to the network of the national operator.
Let’s remember that at the height of the war, DTEK built the Tiligul wind power plant in the Nikolaev region with a capacity of 114 MW, 100 km from the combat zone. It is the first wind farm in the world built during the war.
It was also reported that “green” energy helps prevent blackouts in the Odessa region.
