In the interbank market, the American currency fell in price by 5 kopecks – to 39.58-39.62 UAH/dollar (buying and selling).

The National Bank of Ukraine lowered the exchange rate of the dollar and euro against the hryvnia after the latter’s sharp decline the previous day. This was confirmed by data on the regulator’s website on Friday, April 26.

So, the official dollar exchange rate for Monday is set at UAH 39.6015 (-0.0687 UAH). In turn, the euro is worth 42.4409 UAH (-0.0796 UAH).

Today in the interbank market, the American currency fell by 5 kopecks – to 39.58-39.62 UAH/dollar (buying and selling) compared to the previous day’s close.

In the cash market, the dollar exchange rate remained stable and unchanged – 39.90 UAH/dollar.

Let us remind you that the National Bank does not see a threat to the stability of the foreign exchange market due to changes in the Hryvnia exchange rate. The regulator believes they have a market rationale. Meanwhile, during that month, the dollar repeatedly updated the notes.
