VAKS satisfied the administrative request of the Ministry of Justice regarding the General Director of the Russia Today agency Dmitry Kiselev.
The High Anti-Corruption Court upheld the Ministry of Justice’s claim against Russian propagandist Dmitry Kiselev for the application of sanctions against him in the form of recovery of assets for state income. The VACS press service reported this on Monday, March 4.
A panel of judges upheld the Ministry of Justice’s administrative claim against Russian journalist-propagandist Kiselev and imposed sanctions on him as provided by current law.
The court decided to confiscate its assets as state revenue, meaning:

residential building with a total area of 151.1 sq.m in Koktebel;
-
land plot with a total area of 0.2878 hectares;
-
Land Rover vehicle;
-
trailers;
-
100% share in the authorized capital of Club Skovoroda LLC;
-
30.95% share in the authorized capital of Promo.UA LLC.
An appeal against the decision of the Supreme Court may be filed by a participant in the case within five days from the date of announcement of the court’s decision.
Let’s recall that earlier the court confiscated four agricultural plots in the Kyiv region from five Russian citizens.
SBI transferred to the Armed Forces of Ukraine 26 thousand tons of metal products belonging to a company from Belarus.
