Part of the parts of the plant, which the Russian oligarch Oleg Deripaska has the right to dispose of, was transferred to the management of the State Property Fund.
The State Property Fund received for management the shares of the Zaporozhye Aluminum Production Plant, formerly owned by Russian oligarch Oleg Deripaska. The head of the State Property Fund, Vitaly Koval, announced this on Monday, February 26.
“Part of the shares of the plant, which the Russian oligarch Deripaska has the right to dispose of, is under the management of the Fund. The High Anti-Corruption Court transferred to us 29.54% of the joint-stock company Zaporozhye Aluminum Production Plant . Previously, the Fund already has more than 68% of the shares of this business. Therefore, now there is 97.5% of them,” Koval wrote.
Let’s add that ZALK is the only aluminum producer in Ukraine.
We remind you that recently in Ukraine they expressed suspicion against the Russian oligarch Oleg Deripaska and detained two of his top Ukrainian managers who supplied Russia with raw materials for the production of Iskander ballistic missiles.
More than a year ago, the property of the oligarch Deripaska was seized in Ukraine. Among the seized properties are 12 land plots, a seaport complex, apartments, administrative buildings, production workshops, 46 vehicles, 240 units of special equipment.
