Stations are already operating around the clock in the warmest direction of the front – near Avdeevka.

The Metinvest company handed over two electronic warfare stations to soldiers of the 110th separate mechanized brigade of the Ukrainian Armed Forces, which defends Ukraine near Avdiivka. The company’s press service reported this on Tuesday, December 26.

The company noted that last November, soldiers of this brigade rescued the surviving Shakhtar football club flag from the administrative building of the Avdeevsky Coke Plant, which was destroyed by Russian shells.

“The burnt relic was preserved and transferred to the military club, after which it managed to take its place in the dressing room of the Pitmen during the Champions League match against Antwerp. As a sign of respect for the military action, who could did not go through the symbolic “flag of resistance”, the President of FC Miner, businessman Rinat Akhmetov, as part of the military initiative Steel Front, handed over to the soldiers of the 110th brigade important equipment that saves lives and helps to combat enemy drones – two electronic warfare stations already operating in the hottest direction of Avdiivka,” the company said in a statement.

Let’s recall that last week it was reported that the Metinvest group mobilized additional resources for the construction of military fortifications of the first and second lines of defense in the main areas of the theater of operations in the Donetsk region.
