Businessman Maxim Krippa became the sole beneficiary of Advanced Technologies Plus LLC, which owns the Parus business center in Kyiv.
The developer company Vadim Stolar sold the famous Parus business center at the street intersection. Mechnikov and blvd. Lesya Ukrainka in Kyiv with the company of Maxim Krippa, owner of the NAVI esports team. The Antimonopoly Committee made the corresponding decision on November 30.
“Authorization was granted to OLA FINE LLC to take a stake in the authorized capital of PARUS HOLDING LLC, ensuring that it will exceed 50% of the votes in the company’s highest governing body,” AMCU said in a statement.
On December 5, according to Contr Agent’s analytical system, the OLA FINE company, owned by Maxim Krippa’s Ars Capital venture fund, was added to the list of founders of SAIL HOLDING. It is a holding company that owns Advanced Technologies Plus LLC and is the direct owner of the Parus retail and office complex building in the center of Kyiv.
The previous owners – Vadim Stolar and his ex-wife Inna Maystruk – were removed from the list of beneficiaries of both companies.
Until recently, Maxim Krippa was a little-known businessman, the founder of a dozen companies involved in trade, advertising and software production. At the beginning of 2022, he became the official owner of the Ukrainian esports team NAVI. In addition, the Smartland company registered his house in Brovary, which acquired the Kiev Dnepr Hotel for more than 1 billion Hryvnia.
The 33-story Parus business center was the tallest skyscraper in Ukraine until 2010; today it is inferior to the Klovsky residential complex and Gulliver business center. Among the owners of the prestigious business center of the highest class A are Dmitry Firtash and Vagif Aliev. Stolar bought the business center from Aliyev at the end of 2020. The parties did not disclose the amount of the transaction, but the media estimated the business center at around $100-150 million.
Let us remind you that in February, law enforcement officers conducted searches at the home of the MP from the banned party OPZZH Vadim Stolar.
