NABU detectives reported new suspicions of money laundering among members of a criminal group led by the former head of the State Property Fund of Ukraine.
The National Anti-Corruption Bureau renewed the suspicion against the former head of the State Property Fund, Dmitry Sennichenko. He is suspected of laundering 10 billion hryvnias, the department reported on Friday, November 24.
Dmitry Sennichenko is the leader and organizer of this case. The case also includes (positions indicated at the time of the crime – ed.):

someone close to Sennichenko was a co-organizer;

Counselor Sennichenko;
-
two and. O. director of the Odessa port plant (at various times);
-
And. O. Head of the United Mining and Chemical Company;
-
two owners of the company that won the auction for the Odessa port plant;
-
two other accomplices.
“Qualification of crimes: part 1 of article 255, part 2 of article 255, part 3 of article 255, part 2 of article 364, part 5 of article 191, part 3 of article 209 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine,” – the said the message.
We remind you that in April Dmitry Sennichenko was placed on the wanted list. Initially, he was suspected of creating a criminal organization and taking more than 500 million hryvnias from the funds of JSC Odessa Port Plant and JSC United Mining and Chemical Company.
As you know, Sennichenko held the position of the head of the State Property Fund since September 19, 2019, and he wrote a letter of resignation of his own free will in November 2021. The Verkhovna Rada was satisfied only in February 2022.
According to media reports, after his dismissal, Sennichenko left for Spain, and several other defendants in the case live in Austria.
