Congressional Working Committee approved raising the mandatory retirement age for workers to 75, but what does that mean?

This measure assumes that workers may apply for employment up to the age of 75, “provided that the need for service justifies it and that a specialized multidisciplinary medical examination confirms that the worker is physically and mentally fit for the performance of his duties.”
