The Favbet group of companies ensured almost complete autonomy of the office and created conditions for comfortable and safe work of its employees during the war.
“We have achieved almost complete autonomy: there is hot water, backup generators, permanent Internet. In the event of an air raid, employees can safely work in a large room on the minus ground floor,” said Igor Kosiak, People Partner at Favbet.
According to him, from the first days of the invasion, the company created all the possibilities for remote work.

Last year, the Favbet group of companies allocated UAH 140 million to the state budget as royalties alone “The Favbet Foundation and representatives of the company support the Ukrainian army, help buy the necessary equipment, they provide cars to various departments,” he said.
