It was noted that the POWER BANKING common network will operate and provide banking services to customers even in a critical situation during a blackout. Departments included here are equipped with alternative energy sources and backup communication channels, have improved cash collection and additional staff.
Clients will receive a specific list of immediate banking services: withdrawing money from ATMs or at the cash desk, transferring payments, currency exchange (if there is cash at the cash desk), consultations of financial managers.
In addition, ATM national roaming was introduced in POWER BANKING network branches – the ability to withdraw higher amounts of cash from an ATM of any bank in the network.
NBU recalled that the map of POWER BANKING branches is regularly updated.
As emphasized in PrivatBank, more than 150 of its branches operate in a common network. In the near future their number will double.
It will be remembered that on December 9, the largest banks in Ukraine introduced the so-called ATM national roaming.
