The parties agreed on the transportation of agricultural products from Ukraine through the Black Sea port of Varna and the supply of electricity to Bulgaria.
The President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky and Prime Minister of Bulgaria Kirill Petkov at a meeting in Kyiv spoke about mutually beneficial relations between the countries. This was reported by the OP of Ukraine.
Zelensky said Ukraine is ready to provide electricity to Bulgaria.
“We are also interested in diversifying gas supplies in the region, in particular, by using the possibilities of the trans-Balkan gas pipeline along the Bulgarian side,” Zelensky said.
In addition, the parties agreed to transport agricultural products from Ukraine through the Black Sea port of Varna.
“Prospects are opening up for us in this area. The Ukrainian side will provide the necessary assistance in resolving the issue with the Bulgarian ship that was intercepted in the port of Chornomorsk,” Zelensky said.
Recall that the prime minister of Bulgaria, like other Western politicians, traveled to the capital of Ukraine by train.
