The president of the United States proposes to allocate another $ 20 billion in military aid, $ 8.5 billion in economic aid, and $ 3 billion in humanitarian aid.
U.S. President Joe Biden has proposed to Congress to increase aid to Ukraine by $ 33 billion, the Washington Post reported on Thursday, April 28th.
Biden’s request includes three types of assistance:

$ 3 billion in humanitarian aid.
Thus, the $ 20 billion package of requested military assistance includes:

more artillery, armored vehicles, as well as anti-tank missiles and anti-aircraft systems;

assistance in building Ukraine’s capacity to conduct cyber warfare;

greater intelligence sharing;

support in the manufacture of ammunition;

assistance in the clearance of mines and other explosives, as well as in the defense of Ukraine from chemical, biological and “dirty” bombs;

further increasing the US presence in the eastern part of NATO.
Biden also proposes to adopt a package of laws that will help the use of confiscated assets of individuals associated with the Russian Federation to provide assistance to Ukraine.
