“By order of the President of Ukraine, Roman Guchenko was appointed head of the Sumy Regional State Administration. Responsible, professional, demanding. Roman is exactly that. He has experience in the field of housing and community services, a member of National Council for the creation and functioning of condominiums under the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine. Roman Anatolyevich 7 years served in the border service. And most of the district communities are border, and also include Sumy, Belopolye, Lebedin, Krasnopolye, Vorozhba, as well as smaller communities where it is necessary to organize work on quality provision of public services,” said the head of OVA.
It was previously reported about the restoration of one of the largest bridges in the Sumy region. Two years ago, the bridge was repaired, but to prevent the invaders from entering the region, it was blown up.
