A 27-year-old Eritrean asylum seeker suspected of stabbing a 14-year-old schoolgirl to death on her way to school in Germany will stand trial on Tuesday, December 6, the prosecutor’s office said.
A German teenager of Turkish origin, who was taken to the hospital immediately after the attack on Monday, died of his injuries. An investigation has been launched to find out the circumstances of the attack, which took place in the small town of Illerkirchberg in the south of Germany.
