In the temporarily Russian-occupied Mariupol, about 150 people die every week – the death rate is about 4-5 times higher than before the full Russian invasion.
Residents of Mariupol were forced to line up in the cold for food. This was announced on Wednesday, December 7, by the adviser to the mayor of Mariupol on the Telegram channel.
He emphasized that cold and hunger are now reigning in the city. At the same time, he published a photo of a queue of people for food in the cold.
“People have to live in unheated rooms, and then stand in long queues. Bread and porridge – this is the diet of a resident of Mariupol, tortured by life at work,” the message said.
He added that “these and similar images will surely go down in the history books as confirmation of the “Genocide of the 20th century.”
It should be noted that the Mariupol mayor’s office claims that the death rate in the city has increased four to five times compared to the pre-war period. Every week in the occupied city only 5-6 children were born, although before the full invasion of the Russians, about 50 children were born.
Earlier it was reported that during the temporary occupation of Mariupol, the number of graves on the territory of the city’s main cemetery increased significantly.
