“Today it was an honor for me to spend the whole day with our defenders and defenders. In the morning I was in the Donetsk region – I thanked the fighters who defend our state in the most dangerous and responsible places. Fighting in Svatovsky, Bakhmutsky, Avdeevsky and other directions in Donetsk and Luhansk regions. He gave the soldiers awards and state decorations. I was in the Kharkiv region and thanked the doctors who saved our soldiers. I gave awards to the soldiers participating in the liberation of the region, who continue to drive out the invaders from Ukraine. In the evening, in the Mariinsky Palace, our heroes, relatives of our soldiers, commanders and representatives of brigades and military units that have just arrived from the front and will return to the front again,” Zelensky said.
On behalf of the people of Ukraine, Zelensky thanked the defenders.
