Normal schedules for electricity supply should be expected from next week, said Sergei Kovalenko.
A return to normal electricity supply schedules is expected in Ukraine from next week. This was announced by the General Director of the YASNO company Sergey Kovalenko on the air of the all-Ukrainian news telethon on Sunday, November 27.
“According to my personal forecasts, we expect it to be a little earlier, but we see that there will still be emergency shutdowns this weekend. charts. But it depends on the launch of the generation and on some more points , so we will wait,” he said.
Also, the head of the company advises Ukrainians not to turn on all electrical appliances immediately after turning on the electricity – this overloads the system.
“I understand people who turn everything on when the light comes on, because when there is no day or two, you have to do the housework. But, as it happens. For example, seven megawatts, one queue. The dispatcher relies on these seven megawatts, he opens, and there they consume 70% more – 12 megawatts already. He loses balance, he has to cut it (electricity – ed.) and open another, where there are seven megawatts. Therefore, my personal advice: don’t turn everything on at once in the first minutes, you need to do things little by little,” explains Kovalenko.
Consumers should always conserve electricity, he said.
“We need to save every kilowatt, and this is the only way at the moment to ensure that all consumers receive electricity more equally,” summed up the CEO of YASNO.
It should be noted that on the eve of DTEK it was reported that from November 26 they will turn on the light for all residents of Kiev in turn so that the break in the electricity supply does not exceed five hours.
In addition, it was previously reported that a 30% deficit remains in Ukraine’s energy system.
