Electricity producers cover about 80% of consumption, which is gradually increasing due to cooling.

Restoration of the energy system continues after the seventh Russian attack on Ukraine’s energy infrastructure. As of 11:00 am on November 27, electricity producers have covered about 80% of the consumption, which is gradually increasing due to the cold heating. This was reported by Ukrenergo.

Of this 80%, only about 10% is consumed by critical infrastructure, the rest of the electricity is used to supply electricity to consumers.

Under such conditions, distribution system operators (obenergos) have every opportunity to equally substitute consumer restrictions. The consumption limit mode continues to work due to the lack of electricity, which is currently at about 20%.

Power engineers pay attention to the fact that Ukrenergo brings consumption limits for each region to regional energy companies, which cannot be exceeded. Oblenergo independently determines the types of outages – emergency or planned – and applies them directly.

Recall that residents of Kyiv have almost completely resumed electricity, water and heat. However, due to the load on the power supply system, power outages are still possible.
