Ukraine managed to free another 12 people as part of another prisoner exchange with Russian aggressors. This was announced by the head of the Office of the President Andriy Yermak in Telegram on Saturday, November 26.
“Another prisoner exchange. We managed to free 12 of our people. Among them were four Navy soldiers, two National Guardsmen, border guards, one from the Troops, as well as three civilians – husband and a man who was considered missing,” he wrote.
Yermak added that among the freed soldiers there were two officers, as well as seven privates and a sergeant. The fighters who defended Mariupol, Chernobyl Nuclear Power Plant and Snake Island are coming home.
According to the head of the OP, over the past week, 98 Ukrainians have been returned.
