The occupiers have been carrying out a massive dismantling of Ukraine’s energy infrastructure since the beginning of October, and Ukrainians have already learned how to adjust to life without electricity.
As a result of a new shelling by the Russian army, Ukraine experienced its first blackout. For the second day in a row, power engineers continued to restore light to people’s homes without a break. Meanwhile, the Ukrainians themselves help the Armed Forces, believe in our success and show that it is possible to live without electricity, water and heat, but most importantly without Russians. How our citizens adapt will tell Correspondent.net.
In Kyiv, at the Heart Institute on November 23, during an operation on a child’s heart, there was a power outage. But surgeons continue to work with headlamps.

The same situation happened on the Dnieper in the Mechnikov hospital. Anesthesiologists and surgeons put on headlamps and successfully complete a unique operation in the absence of light. Doctors saved the life of a 23-year-old patient. As the general director of the hospital said, this situation happened for the first time in the 35 years of operation of the doctors.

Social networks were also touched by a photo showing a girl at a gas station: the family brought a child there to connect an inhaler to the network.
“The family asked for an exit for a girl with an inhaler. Russia continues to hit Ukraine’s critical infrastructure, depriving ordinary people of electricity, heat and water. This is for life. Don’t wash,” wrote journalist Andrei Bednyakov.

On November 23, the National Bandura Chapel of Ukraine performed at the National Philharmonic in Kyiv, despite the fact that there were no lights due to shelling. The audience also, despite the power outage, came to the Philharmonic for the concert.
With regard to power outages across the country, there are points of ambiguity. At points you can drink tea, charge mobile phones, and let the children play in the heat.
It should be noted that in social networks the hashtags “y … bana rusnya” and “bezvas” have become trends. Ukrainians say it’s better to live without electricity, but no Russians.
one and a half days without electricity, communication, water and heating. Yobana Rusnya in this case is not even a curse, but a fucking statement of facts. I hope everyone involved dies ✌️
