Armenia is an illegal state, where, according to the law, the issue should be resolved because of Russophobia, the United Russia MP believes.
Yevgeny Fedorov, a Russian deputy from the ruling United Russia party, said Armenia was a “dead-end country” where Russophobia was recorded and had to be “dealt with according to the law.” So on Wednesday, November 23, he commented on Ura.ru on the rallies against Vladimir Putin’s visit to the country.
“Power in Armenia was established by the United States in the process of the Orange Revolution, as in Kyiv. But at the same time, Armenia is a dead-end country in geopolitical terms. Its survival depends on Russia,” said representative
In his opinion, the country needs to solve the “issue of Russophobia.”
“How to solve the issue? Did Armenia leave the USSR legally? No. So, this is an illegal state formation. We have to act on this basis,” said the deputy.
Note that protests were held in Yerevan against the visit of Kremlin leaders Vladimir Putin, Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov and the leader of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko, who on Wednesday took part in the CSTO (Collective Security Treaty Organization) summit.
