Since the start of the Russian war in Ukraine, every sixth resident has been an internally displaced person. Their number is about eight million people. About this on Monday, April 25, declared at the United Nations (UN).
“Since the start of the war, every sixth resident of the country has been an internally displaced person,” the organization said.
According to the UN, the number of internally displaced people exceeds 7.7 million people. They need money, medicine and transportation.

More than 1,151,000 Ukrainians left in April compared to 3.4 million in March alone.
