In the Kharkov region, in the temporarily occupied city of Volchansk, the Russian occupiers organized a concentration camp on the territory of one of the factories. This was reported by the regional prosecutor’s office.
“In occupied Volchansk, Russian soldiers stole the equipment of one of the factories and took it to the Russian Federation, and set up a prison camp in its place. The occupiers illegally detained people, exposing them physically and mentally “First of all, the Russian occupiers are forcing them to cooperate with them and join the ranks of the Armed Forces RF,” the statement said.
In this fact, the SBU in the Kharkiv region, under the procedural leadership of the regional prosecutor’s office, initiated criminal proceedings under the article on violation of the laws and customs of war (part 1 of article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine).
Earlier, in the Kharkiv region near Izyum, Russian occupiers burned three Ukrainians after torturing them. So he tried to hide the traces of his crimes.
