100 settlements remain de-energized, with restoration teams unable to access work sites.
Over the past 24 hours, DTEK Rinat electrical engineers have restored electricity supply to nearly 4,000 families in 11 settlements of the Donetsk region. This was announced by the company’s press service on Sunday, November 13.
“Despite the shelling, electrical engineers have obtained military permission for a number of jobs and continue the electricity supply for nearly 4,000 families. At the moment, 100 communities remain de-energized, where energy company specialists do not have access to workplaces,” the report said.
Akhmetov’s company also noted that due to active fighting in the Donetsk region, the energy system continues to be destroyed. Restoration teams will begin work as soon as the shelling subsides, and the military allows the work to be carried out.
It was previously reported that as a result of Russian terrorist attacks on civilian infrastructure, several DTEK power plants were disabled.
