The new missile will pass through all missile defense systems, assured General Amir Ali Hajizade.

Iran has completed development of the first hypersonic ballistic missile. This was said by the commander of the aerospace forces of the Islamic Revolutionary Guards Corps (IRGC), General Amir Ali Hajizadeh, Fars news agency reported on Thursday, November 10.

“Iran has developed a hypersonic ballistic missile to counter the air defense system. This new missile will go through all missile defense systems and I don’t think the technologies that can counter it will be seen for decades, ” he says.

Hajizade assured that this “represents a major step forward in the development of rocket technology.”

It will be recalled that last week Iran introduced the Bavar-373 long-range air defense system. This complex can hit air targets at a distance of more than 300 kilometers.
