In Kyiv, Zaporozhye, Dnipropetrovsk, Kharkiv regions, local emergency shutdowns continue.
“Today, as in previous weeks, it is important that all Ukrainians consciously consume energy and reduce the load on the network. Let’s be united and in unity in saving energy!”, added the prime minister.
Recall that on the morning of October 31, the Russians again fired missiles into Ukraine, destroying energy facilities. Ukrainians were warned about emergency blackouts due to shelling by the invaders.
