The restrictive measures of the European Union are aimed at preventing the development of Russia, noted in the department of Sergei Lavrov.
The authorities of the country of the aggressor Russia expanded the list of representatives of the European Union who were denied entry into the Russian Federation in response to “unfriendly actions.” This was reported by the Russian Foreign Ministry on Tuesday, October 25.
Restrictions apply to representatives of European commercial structures for the production of weapons and military equipment involved in the supply of Ukrainian products, as well as some representatives of PACE.
Sergey Lavrov’s office added that the restrictions are a response to the EU’s eighth package of sanctions, which was adopted on October 6. Moscow admitted that these restrictive measures were aimed at curbing Russia’s development and promised “adequate response” in the future.
It will be recalled that on October 13, PACE recognized Russia as a terrorist regime, becoming the first international organization to make such a decision.
