As a result of a missile strike on October 22, the Lutsk energy facility was actually destroyed, and now its restoration is impossible. This was announced on his Telegram channel by the mayor of the city Igor Polishchuk.
“The damage to the energy facility that was hit is critical. Actually, it has been damaged. Now its restoration is impossible,” he stressed.
Polishchuk added that, according to preliminary information, the hit was made by three Kh-101 missiles.
Recall that on the morning of October 22, the enemy launched a massive missile attack on Ukraine’s critical infrastructure. Residents of some regions were left without electricity and water.
Overall, 33 cruise missiles were fired at Ukraine, 18 of them shot down the air defense forces.
