According to the ministry, 2.439 million cubic meters of timber have been sold. There are approximately 187 thousand cubic meters in warehouses. Until the end of the year, the forests of the State Forest Agency plan to sell 1.1 million cubic meters of firewood.
It was previously reported that Ukraine needs more than 7 million cubic meters of firewood for the 2022-23 heating season.
