The “anti-terrorist” regime was introduced in Belarus due to the alleged threat from neighboring countries.
A “counter-terrorist” regime was introduced in Belarus due to reports of “provocations” allegedly being prepared by neighboring states. This was announced on October 14 by the head of the Belarusian Foreign Ministry Vladimir Makei in an interview with the Russian media outlet Izvestia.
“In fact, there is information that some neighboring states are planning provocations, almost connected to the seizure of some sections of the territory of Belarus,” he said.
It should be reminded that earlier it was reported that steps are being taken on the territory of Belarus to prepare the airport network, as well as the infrastructure for the deployment of Russian troops and increasing their number.
