Commander of the long-range aviation of the Russian Armed Forces, Lieutenant General Sergei Kobylash was born in Odessa, and now, for the first time since World War II, he is carpet-bombing densely populated areas.
A native of Odessa, Sergei Kobylash led the Mariupol bombing. This was reported by the main intelligence department of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine.
“For the first time since the end of World War II, under his leadership, heavy firefighters carried out carpet bombings in densely populated areas – the city of Mariupol,” the report said.
Lieutenant General Sergei Kobylash was born on April 1, 1965 in Odessa. He attended the Yeisk Higher Military Aviation School, after which he graduated from the Gagarin Air Force Academy and the Military Academy of the General Staff of the RF Armed Forces.
He participated in both campaigns in Chechnya, in the wars in Georgia, Syria, and now in Ukraine.
Ukrainian intelligence also released personal data and the Moscow address of the war criminal.
