The next morning, the police found his body near the central station. He probably killed himself.
In Bratislava on the evening of Thursday, October 13, a 19-year-old man opened fire near the Teplaren gay bar, as a result of which two men were killed and another woman was wounded – after which he shot himself. This was reported by the publication Aktuality.
Before that, he published a 60-page “manifesto” on social networks, in which he argued that the world is controlled by Jews, and only killing them can end it.
In the “manifesto” the man also mentioned the psychological problems and bullying he faced. The attack on a mosque in the New Zealand city of Christchurch by the radical Brenton Tarrant in 2019, as a result of which 51 people were killed, was called the impetus for the murder.
A few hours after the attack, he wrote on the 4chan discussion forum, where manifestos of far-right extremists and serial killers are often published, that the target of his attack should be Slovak Prime Minister Eduard Heger, but “no luck.”

Around midnight, the teenager posted two messages on Twitter that he wanted to kill himself. On Thursday morning, police found his body, possibly near Bratislava Central Station.
Several users identified the shooter from the photos and posted his full name. Thus, it turned out that Juraj K.’s father was a Bratislava businessman who was a candidate in the parliamentary elections from the former Batkivshchyna party.
The incident is being investigated by the Slovak National Crime Agency as a planned murder motivated by hatred against homosexuals. Law enforcers believe that Yuray K has no accomplice.
Earlier, a shooting occurred at a nightclub in the municipality of Fuenlabrada in Madrid, Spain. The attacker opened fire, as a result of which one person died and three were injured.
