The Russian authorities, without preparation, sent to the war in Ukraine the head of the Moscow City Hall department with “zero combat experience”, according to media reports, he has already died. This was reported by Natalya Loseva, deputy editor-in-chief of the RT propaganda channel.
According to him, the 28-year-old head of one of the departments in Moscow City Hall, Alexei Martynov, died on October 10 in Ukraine.
“Mobilized on September 23. In his youth, he served in the Semyonovsky regiment (this is where you have to march). Zero combat experience. He was sent to the front almost a few days later,” the message said.
It was previously reported that five mobilized men from the Chelyabinsk region died in a “special operation in Ukraine.” This was confirmed by the press service of the regional government.
