Local authorities have shown spectacular footage of the explosion of ammunition and accused the Ukrainian military of shelling.
In the village of Oktyabrsky, Belgorod Region, Russia, on Thursday, October 13, explosions occurred in an ammunition depot. This was announced by the Governor of the Belgorod region, Vyacheslav Gladkov.
According to him, the warehouse was allegedly fired upon by the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
“In the village of Belgorod region, as a result of shelling by the Armed Forces of Ukraine, a warehouse with ammunition was blown up. Their explosion took place,” said Gladkov.
He added that the residents will be taken to a safe distance.
It will be remembered, this evening, the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine reported that the Ukrainian military hit 16 places of concentration of enemy forces and equipment during the day and destroyed two ammunition depots.
Also today in Belgorod, fragments of a rocket fell on a house. Photos and videos of the damaged high-rise appeared on social networks.
