In his opinion, the cost of oil production in Russia is “rather low.”

“We know that Russia has been willing to sell oil for a long time and has done so at a profit at an average price of about 60 something dollars per barrel. Your price within these limits will be enough to consider that Russia can take and sell in a sugarcane oil,” Yellen said.
