The Russians say that they hit everywhere they planned, but this is not true. President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky spoke about this in an evening address to Ukrainians on October 10.

Zelensky’s address at the end of the 229th day of the war was recorded on Volodymyrska Street in Kyiv, near the area of the morning explosions. The Russian army deliberately delivered these strikes during the morning rush hour. This is a characteristic tactic of terrorists. They wanted to create more fear and hurt more people.

Zelensky also spoke about how the restoration of the infrastructure damaged during the shelling in the morning is going on. According to him, electricity has been restored by 50% in the Kharkiv region, and in a few hours it will be restored almost everywhere.
In the Poltava and Khmelnitsky regions, they have already been restored almost everywhere, Nikolaev, Odessa and Cherkassy have been connected. They work in Kyiv, Chernihiv, Sumy, Lvov, Dnepropetrovsk and Ternopil regions, as well as in Kyiv.
The President said that 12 people were killed and more than 80 injured from today’s strikes. Of the 84 missiles launched in Ukraine, 43 were shot down.
He also spoke about telephone conversations with the German Chancellor, the Presidents of France and Poland, the Emir of Qatar, the Prime Ministers of the Netherlands and Britain, the UN Secretary General, and also about the meeting with the US Ambassador. He said that he plans to talk with the President of the United States, the prime ministers of Canada and Italy.
Zelensky also urged to save electricity every day from 17.00 to 22.00.
