The Minister of Defense noted that the defenders of Ukraine are already successfully using NATO weapons on the battlefield.

The Ukrainian military has mastered more than 300 NATO standards. Ukraine has become a de facto member of the Alliance, but it remains one de jure. This was announced by the Minister of Defense of Ukraine Oleksiy Reznikov on the air of the national telethon.

“Ukraine has mastered more than 300 NATO standards. During the six months of the war, we studied NATO weapons, and very well.

The Minister noted that the defenders of Ukraine have successfully used NATO weapons on the battlefield.

It will be recalled that on Friday, September 30, President Zelensky announced that Ukraine is applying for NATO membership in an accelerated manner.

The White House believes that the issue of Ukraine’s membership in the North Atlantic Alliance should be decided “later.”
