And we are working on this project in detail and very carefully. I have no doubt that there will be a tribunal. criminal war against Ukraine and freedom in Europe,” said Zelensky.
It is assumed that a special tribunal will have jurisdiction to investigate and prosecute for crimes of aggression against Ukraine the highest political and military leadership of Russia – the president and other high officials of the Russian Federation , including members of the National Security Council, who authorized military aggression against Ukraine.
