Today, the head of the European Commission, Ursula von der Leyen, made a proposal to establish additional controls on the export of EU civilian technologies to Russia.
“He said, firstly, that, of course, sanctions against individuals and legal entities will be considered. And, secondly, he said that we will offer additional export controls on civilian technologies. That is, export control of the European Union to Russia” , – said EC representative Eric Mamer.
