A helicopter crash in Turkey has killed two people and injured five others.
In western Turkey in Denizli province, a helicopter involved in fighting a forest fire crashed. Anadolu reported this on Wednesday, September 21.
Ali Fuat Atik, the governor of the province, said the accident happened near the village of Chardak. Rescue teams were dispatched to the scene.
According to the Turkish Interior Ministry, as a result of the helicopter crash, two people died and five were injured. At the same time, it was known that at least five of the seven people on board the helicopter were Russian citizens.
